Any estimates or blueprints on this site are for discussion purposes and become binding only upon signing a formal written agreement.

1. Scope of the Website & Informational Content

The content published on this website—including technical capabilities, architecture blueprints, interactive estimators, and case study overviews—is provided for informational and preliminary scoping purposes. It describes the types of architectures, stacks, and systems that MacroData Systems can build and deliver.

All architectural previews, mockups, and telemetry cards displayed on this website represent sample design targets and illustrative mockups, not live client production systems.

2. Estimates & Proposals Are Non-Binding

Any preliminary numbers, timelines, or scope items derived from our website calculators or discovery form submissions are non-binding estimates. Formal contractual obligations, deliverables, service scopes, timelines, and payment schedules are established solely through a separately executed Master Services Agreement (MSA) or Statement of Work (SOW) signed by both parties.

3. Intellectual Property (IP) Transfer on Payment

Our core engineering principle is 100% Client Ownership:

Upon full receipt of agreed milestone payments under a written client contract, all custom source code, documentation, schema definitions, and assets created specifically for your project are assigned to you without vendor lock-in.
Pre-existing open-source libraries and frameworks (such as Next.js, React, TailwindCSS, etc.) remain governed by their respective open-source licenses (e.g., MIT, Apache 2.0).
The design, branding, and written content of this website itself remain the intellectual property of MacroData Systems.

4. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with the use of this website shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of the use of this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Uttar Pradesh, India.
